Heat Recovery with Compressors

Approximately 80% of the electrical energy consumed by the compressors you use in your factory turns into heat energy and if this waste energy is not used, it is released to the atmosphere. By using the waste heat of your compressors, you can recover about 95% of this energy and use it to heat your factory. You can benefit from the waste heat of your compressor in 2 ways:

Compressor Exhaust Air

You can use your compressor's exhaust air to heat production halls or tanks adjacent to the compressor room via air ducts. When there is no need for hot air in the summer, hot air is discharged by means of a valve placed in the duct system.

Hot Water Recovery from Compressors

Thanks to the special heat recovery modules to be installed in your compressors, you can get hot water up to +70 degrees. Heated water;

- Steam boiler water preheating,

- Building heating,

- Bathroom, toilet, etc. in the building. can be used anywhere in need of hot water.
