Dust Collection Systems

'' Prevention is Better than Improvement. ''

Dust Treatment Systems, industrial plants as a result of the production activities of flue and exhaust systems to the atmosphere spreading particles used in the process of cleaning cyclones, filters, etc. refers to air pollution prevention devices.

During a process where dust is released, the powder particles may be of various sizes.

The powders are measured by micrometer. (Generally known as microns.) The following list shows the size of some common objects in microns.

Dusty air, which is collected by means of hoods and carried by ventilation duct, is passed to the chimney by means of fan by passing through cyclone and filter group.

Cyclones are designed to hold the coarse powder granules. Filters are devices that automatically cleans themselves with appropriate cleaning patterns by capturing fine dust particles that escape from the cyclone.
